A RARE TEST CARD FROM ASCENSION

We discovered a rare test card coming from this african island, unknown to most collectors

Here is a card that you'll not see too often. We discovered it recently, and as we had never seen it previously, we asked information to Ascension Cable & Wireless; but, even if they confirmed the existence of other test cards issued by Protel firm, they ignored the existence of this design. The card has the Moreno logo on top left, and it is punched with VOID word, repeated twice with different characters. As this is the only card actually known, we are not able to put a value on it.
