A PHONECARD FROM NEPAL

Issued in 1999, very few of these cards survived and reached collectors.

This is the only phonecard issued by Nepal Communications Corporation: 10,000 copies were produced in August, 1999 . According to our informations, however, the only cardphone installed, inside the main airport, has been recently removed. The remaining stock of unsold cards seems to have been destroyed by the telephone company. As we are aware of the existence of not more than ten cards or so, it's impossible to assign a value to this rare issue.
