A rare finding that could change the catalogation of the phonecards from this african country.

We recently discover this card from Somalia, quite similar to the normal card we all know, but with a face value of 5 minutes instead than 100 units as usual. We assume that this could be the first card issued, as we actually don't know the existence of other copies in circulation. Of course any possible news about this card is welcome.
