| We already published, on WPC White Catalogue #3, a rare GPT issue, with code SAMPLE 150000Ð (VIET-T-01, page 30); now we are pleased to show you another one, that is even more difficult to find. |

| This card has a code SAMPLE 3000000D, but the face falue printed on bottom is 150,000 Ð. We can assume it should be a surcharged card, that is it has been loaded over the face value, as it happened sometimes in Vietnam. Quite difficult to estabilish a value for this card, due to its extreme rarity, without knowing at least the quantity printed. | |
